What counts as a lead?
Any contact stored in your account: a person with a name, email, phone, or any data you capture. Archived leads count toward your plan limit too.
Do you really never charge per user?
Never. Each plan includes an amount of users (up to 1,000 on Agency) and the price doesn't change when you invite your team. We don't think you should pay more for growing.
What's included in the Free plan?
Almost everything: lists, kanban boards, categories, custom fields, webhooks, Zapier, and the API. CSV import and automatic lead assignment are available on paid plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
